The first hypermarket in Ukraine of the well-known French group Auchan, which is famous for its world-class products, was designed and built by the GERZ group of companies. One of the key aspects of the project was the construction of a parking lot with 1,315 spaces, which provides convenient access for visitors. This project became the first for the French company Auchan in Ukraine and served as the beginning of their long-term cooperation with GERZ. The hypermarket was located in reconstructed administrative and production buildings, making it possible to use the existing buildings effectively and create a modern shopping facility.
