Reconstruction of Multi-Family Apartment Buildings, Damaged during the Full-Scale Invasion

Project Description
Since the beginning of 2023, AEC GERZ has been engaged in the restoration of apartment buildings that were damaged as a result of the hostile actions of the russian army. Currently, the company has successfully executed projects to restore almost 100 houses across Ukraine and continues to help residents of affected regions restore their homes. Works include restoration of windows, insulation and restoration of facades, roofs, and engineering systems. All projects anticipate and use energy efficiency and material reuse techniques where possible.
