The Palace of Justice is designed while taking into account the optimal use of the site, clear functional zoning and convenient technological and transport connections. The building provides accessibility for disabled people and groups of people with reduced mobility, meets the requirements for evacuation in case of fire, has an architectural and spatial expressiveness, a modern aesthetic appearance, and also meets the requirements of energy saving and economical operation. The unusual shape of the building has dimensions of 132x82 m, three sections and four floors, including a separate prayer hall. The underground floor is equipped for the arrival of convoy vehicles and has cells for defendants, guard rooms, food blocks and toilets. The territory is landscaped, and equipped with parking lots, asphalt concrete driveways and pedestrian paths made of concrete elements.
